Food Establishment Rating System

Three non-critical violations equals one critical violation.

Earned Rating If number of Critical Violations And number of Non-Critical Violations Displayed On
A+ 0 1 or less White Card
A 1 or less 2 or less Green Card
B 1 or less 3 or less Yellow Card
C 2 or less 3 or less Red Card

Anything worse than C rating will be dealt with with on a case-by-case basis.
