VII - Plan Development and Maintenance

A.  The plan will be developed by the local public health agency (LPHA) with information received from other participating agencies, medical facilities and voluntary agencies.  The plan will be reviewed annually by LPHA and revised as necessary.  Plans will be distributed to all staff and others who have a responsibility for a local public health emergency.  

B.  Plan updates will be distributed to all staff and others who have a responsibility for a local public health emergency.
