identify community health priorities, develop strategies to
achieve desired outcomes and assess existing, revised or policy |
Our community report shows evidence of a public health
improvement initiative from an implementation, quality
improvement and assurance perspective. The report
addresses assurance and sustainability. This includes
enforcing laws and regulations that protect health and assure
public safety, linking people to needed health services thereby
providing access to health care, continually evaluate
effectiveness and quality of population-based health services |
