The purpose of the program is to
support a leadership role for local public health agencies
within coalitions and partnerships at the county level to build
and expand

systems that can be used to respond to the needs identified in
Maternal and Child Health. |

We came to these priority areas after much research of the
overall condition of our community health and the prevalence of
chronic disease and the impact it has on our community. |
