You take care of everyone else now it is time to take care of YOU!!

Annual exams for women include clinical breast exam, pelvic exam and regularly scheduled PAP/HPV testing.

We file most insurance/Medicare/Medicaid. For those uninsured the Show Me Healthy Women program will cover the cost of visit and mammogram. Visits with our Nurse Practitioner are by appointment only. If you don’t qualify for the SMHW program low cost exam and testing are available.

  • Ages 21 to 64

  • Must be a Missouri resident

  • No insurance, Medicare or Medicaid or insurance that doesn’t cover these services

  • Income at or below 250% of federal poverty level

    $39,125 for an individual

    $52,875 for a family of 2

    $66,625 for a family of 3

    $80,375 for a family of 4

    $94,125 for a family of 5

    $107,875 for a family of 6

    $121,625 for a family of 7

    $135,375 for a family of 8.
